Here at Seaside we have a very wide collection of both popular and rarer hits by thousands of artists and groups spanning over 80 years of music.
More often than not we can play almost every music request we receive, and if we don't have it in our library we can usually source the chosen track within a couple of days. So, if you happen to be in hospital for a longer period of time, we will most probably be playing your favourite tune!
To make a request for someone currently in one of our hospitals (Worthing General or Southlands) then please get in touch in one of the following ways:

You are welcome to visit the studios anytime. We are based on the ground floor of Southlands Hospital in Shoreham-by-Sea. Please visit the Studio Tour page for a map. Please note that during certain times the studios are closed. Please check the schedule or contact us to ensure that a live broadcast is taking place. Please note, some programmes are broadcast off-site and some are pre-recorded.
