Richard has been involved in hospital radio since 1985 and spent many years working in Hospital Radio in Worthing and Brighton & Hove.

He is also the current Sports Producer for a local Commercial FM radio station and has been involved in many radio projects across Sussex in recent years.

Also a Part time mobile DJ, In his spare time he likes to participate in Music quizzes, Karaoke and
watching Worthing FC, Sussex Cricket and both Worthing Thunder and Brighton Bears basketball matches.
